Korea Institute of Public Administration (President Ahn, Seong-ho) held an academic forum under the theme “Governance and Public Leadership in the Inclusive State” at 15:00 on April 28 at Swiss Grand Hotel’s Convention Center.
The academic forum kicked off with opening remarks from President Ahn, Seong-ho (Korea Institute of Public Administration) followed by welcoming remarks from Chairperson Seong, Kyoung-ryung (National Council for Economics, Humanities, and Social Science) and congratulatory remarks from Chairperson Cho, Dae-yop (Presidential Committee on Policy Planning).
First, Vice President Lee, Kwang-hee (Korea Institute of Public Administration) gave a presentation on the research outcomes of cooperation projects, and in Session 1, presentations by Head of Center Park, June (Korea Institute of Public Administration), Professor Kim, Deok-su (Seoul National University), and Dr. Jang, Seon-hwa (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) were given under the theme “Governance and Public Leadership in the Inclusive State: Reality and Cases”. In Session 2, Professor Park, Jung-ho (Sangmyung University), Professor Lee, Gwang-hoon (Kangwon University), and Assistant Researcher So, Ga-young (Korea Institute of Public Administration) gave presentations under the theme “Governance and Public Leadership in the Inclusive State: Theories and Empirical Studies”.
After Session 2, a roundtable dialogue on governance in the inclusive state was held with President Cho, Heung-seek (Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs) serving as moderator.
