KIPA is a leading government think tank specializing in national administration and future governance. To strengthen the government's responsiveness to administrative changes, it conducts commissioned projects from key agencies like the Presidential Office and Prime Minister’s Office, as well as around 30 self-initiated projects across 6 to 7 focus areas each year.

Drawing on the results of approximately 300 projects, KIPA identifies administrative issues, evaluates them, and proposes actionable improvement plans.
