- 코로나19, 정부혁신과 미래정부: 민첩성(Agility)과 회복탄력성(Resilience) -

□ 한국행정연구원(원장 안성호)은 11월 3일(화) 오후 3시 한국행정연구원 대강당에서 “코로나19, 정부혁신과 미래정부: 민첩성(Agility)과 회복탄력성(Resilience)”을 주제로 학술 포럼을 개최한다.

□ 이번 포럼은 한국행정연구원 국제개발협력센터가 주도하여 마련된 자리로, 코로나19 대응에 있어 적극행정 및 디지털 정부혁신 등의 노력을 통해 성과를 거둔 한국의 사례를 되짚어보며 포스트 코로나 시대를 위한 국제사회 변화와 미래정부의 역할에 대해 논의하고자 마련되었다.
○ 본 포럼은 안성호 원장의 개회사를 시작으로 문명재 교수(연세대 사회과학대학장)의 “코로나19, 정부혁신과 미래정부: 민첩성(Agility)과 회복탄력성(Resilience)” 발표와, 이보환 본부장(OECD 대한민국 정책센터 공공관리정책본부), 박성민 교수(성균관대학교 행정학과), 한국행정연구원의 유현숙 선임연구위원(재난안전연구실), 소가영 부연구위원(국제개발협력센터)의 토론으로 진행된다.

□ 한편, 한국행정연구원 국제개발협력센터는 한국의 행정경험을 공유하기 위해 정책컨설팅, 초청연수, 국제공동연구 등 다양한 국제개발협력 사업을 수행하고 있으며, 정부부처, 공공기관, 민간기업, 시민사회단체, 학계 등 다양한 행위자가 서로의 경험과 정보를 공유하는 장(場)을 제공하는 공공행정 개발협력분야 플랫폼 역할을 수행하고 있다.

The Korea Institute of Public Administration was established in 1991 under the mission of achieving national progress centered on public wellness through research on government operation and administrative reform.
Over the past three decades, we have continued to expand our scope of research into government operation assessment, regulatory reform, social integration, and government organization.
Engaging in more than 100 carefully selected research projects each year, we have been designated by various government ministries as an expert research institution and developed into a thinktank that takes initiative in crafting advanced government policies.
With our 30th anniversary in 2021, we are preparing to take another leap forward and continually thrive over the next three decades.
We will focus our resources on developing policies and institutions that pinpointedly cater to the needs of the public amid growing uncertainty and complexity to contribute to enhancing the government’s administrative competence and on executing research aimed at realizing public values to resolve social conflicts.
We will also push ahead with international cooperation projects that promote the excellence of Korea’s public administration and further raise the nation’s international standing.
We will strive to elevate public administration to new heights to advance a nation of co-growth and co-prosperity.
