Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) organized a KIPA session at 「Global Korea Forum 2023」, hosted by National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences (NRC) from November 20 to 22, 2023. 

The KIPA session was comprised of two sub-sessions with the themes of "Why is Capacity Building Important in the Public Sector and Development Cooperation?" and "Exploring Development Strategies for Eurasia through Administrative Capacity Enhancement." In these sessions, KIPA shared the outcomes of its international development cooperation projects so far.

Dr. Sanghan Choi, President of KIPA, expressed expectations during the opening remarks, stating, "Through today's forum, we anticipate sharing the current status and outcomes of South Korea's international development cooperation projects and discussing future strategies." Additionally, the President highlighted that the KIPA session aimed to enhance understanding of administrative capacity building projects in Central Asian countries. The hope is to foster a foundation for active collaboration between South Korea and Central Asian countries in the future, particularly in the area of mutually beneficial cooperation.
