Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Authority of Mongolian Government Supervisory (AGS) on December 1st, 2023. 

The Authority of Mongolian Government Supervisory is a government agency established in January 2023. It serves as a monitoring, assessment, and supervisory body for compliance with laws and regulations by central government ministries, local governments, and provincial offices.AGS has demonstrated continuous interest in various evaluation systems, methodologies, and procedures, including Korea's government performance evaluation system. Additionally, it maintains a sustained focus on policies related to financial management at both central and local government levels, government budget structures, and ongoing audits of public institutions.

President Dr. Sanghan Choi expressed, "With the commencement of this memorandum of understanding, KIPA and AGS plan to continue vibrant collaborative exchanges. We hope that our institute can contribute to enhancing the capacity of public officials in the areas of government performance evaluation and audit of Mongolia."
