KIPA has newly opened Sejong Research Center located in Sejong City, South Korea, on May 9th. 

The establishment of Sejong Research Center is for efficient operation of the regulatory post-impact evaluation project. Furthermore, Sejong Research Center will have geographical advantage, being close to government ministries in carrying out government-supported projects. 

At the opening ceremony, Dr. Sanghan Choi, President of KIPA, gave a welcoming speech. Mr. Sung-guk Hong, a member of the National Assembly, Dr. Hae-gu Jung, Chairman of the National Research Council of Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences(NRC), and lastly Mr Jong-moon Kim, director general for Regulatory Reform Office under the Office for Government Policy Coordination, made congratulatory speeches.
