Due to digital transformation, the use of AI, and climate change, the roles and participations in the public sector have been called upon to change. In particular there is growing need for policy consulting through international dveleopment cooperation to tackle emerging issues within the international community. 

Furthermore, in the wake of the President's visit to Central Asia in June, 2024, which has highlighted the increasing need for strengthened cooperation with the region, this seminar offers a valuable opportunity to explore the demands of Central Asian countries in the context of international development cooperation. Through this seminar, we hope to strengthen networks with Central Asian partner countries and foster in-depth collaboration in various areas.
