Dr. Hyuk-ju Kwon, President of Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA), was invited as the first speaker for the 2025 YU Frontier Forum, held at Yeungnam University Cheonma Arts Center on April 15(Tuesday). He delivered a special lecture on the theme of . In this Forum, Oe-chool Choi, President of Yeungnam University, Sam Soo Kim, Vice President of Industry-Academic and Research Affairs, and other executives and faculty members. During the session, Dr. Hyuk-ju Kwon explained the concept of international development cooperation and Korea's policy challenges, presenting directions for Korea's role and strategy as a global pivotal state.
