《Vol. 116》 Key Issues and Policy Plans of the New Government for Social Integration
In the post-COVID-19 era, various social conflicts are occurring in an aspect different from that in the past. In addition, the Yoon Suk-yeol Administration is emphasizing the importance of conflict management for successful implementation of the national tasks by launching the Presidential Committee of National Cohesion. Accordingly, this study was conducted by applying an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to derive social integration policy priorities targeting 21 experts from the all level of government, private sector, and academia. Through the analysis, the importance of policy goals was evaluated in the order of (a) strengthening resilience and tolerability; (b) strengthening conflict management capabilities, (c) improving social and safety welfare; and (d) expanding engagement and cooperation.
